Investment

Making the decision to invest in mental health treatment is not one to be taken lightly.  Aside from the financial commitment,  the decision to pursue therapy also involved an emotional cost.  It is not uncommon for people going through treatment to have a reaction to fully experiencing their emotions for the first time. The good news is that most people report experiencing personal growth and gaining valuable insight into their personal situations.
